- Restocking Fee. A 20% of the purchase price restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, and canceled orders.
- Payment in full upon delivery. The full balance of the purchase must be paid at time of the delivery, CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY.
- Delivery Time. The time of delivery is determined according to customer volume, delivery location and truck capacity. No promise is made as to the exact time beyond the time block specified on the delivery confirmation with the customer at time scheduling delivery.
- Delivery Charge:Free delivery within 5 mile radius of GALA FURNITURE store location. 654 I St Los Banos CA. Request Quote for delivery outside of 5 Miles radius.
- Change in Order. A change in an order is granted at the discretion of GALA FURNITURE and must be for an item of equal or greater cost.
- Refund. Gala Furniture may at its discretion credit a customer deposit or down payment which will be applied to the purchase of other furniture of equal or greater price.
- Defective Merchandise.
- Customers' complaints about damaged merchandise shall be presented at time of delivery or pick up of merchandise to an associate of GALA FURNITURE. All damaged furniture shall be returned in its original boxes. Used furniture will not be accepted for return.
- Gala Furniture must be notified upon delivery or Pick Up of any damage to the customers merchandise prior to taking delivery of merchandise.
- Delivery site conditions. The customer shall determine and guarantee that the merchandise to be delivered can fit through the customers doorway or entrance without damage. Gala Furniture is not responsible for damage due to circumstances of narrow doorway or home entrance.
- Merchandise Pick-up. Customers shall be responsible for securing all loaded merchandise and shall provide all ropes, ties and straps necessary to safely secure the merchandise to the customers vehicle.
